This will be the final Untapped and last event at the Chef's Table. Ezra, who has just left the Chef’s Table team under Leo Carreira to assume the Head Chef role at our Chelsea Seafood Bar, returns to Hackney for one day only to showcase his unique style in a familiar setting.
New Zealand born Ezra has worked in kitchens across NZ, Australia and London, drawing inspiration from the likes of Matt Abe, Hugh Allen and of course Leo. He has a particular fondness for cooking with seafood, finding fulfillment in creating dishes that showcase the delicate flavours of the ocean.
Ezra’s Untapped menu will be an evolution of his cooking style in Chelsea, highlighting skills and techniques learned under his previous mentors.
