Join Notting Hill’s scenic pub for their local Supper Club
Join Notting Hill’s local pub for a special dinner celebrating the head and neck cuts of cattle, featuring seasonal ingredients sourced primarily from our Market Garden at Bruern Farms. Their beef, provided by HG Walter, is sourced from a retired dairy cow from Westcombe. The menu includes dishes such as Ox Tongue, Beef Neck Fritters, and Braised Ox Cheek.
Throughout the year, we will explore the entire carcass in our series of Supper Clubs, showcasing each part of the animal and ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
