SERA, London’s exclusive foodie members club, is known for its exceptional culinary experiences that connect food enthusiasts with some of the world’s most innovative chefs and artisans. Located in Pimlico, SERA curates unique events that blend tradition with cutting-edge cuisine, offering its members a behind-the-scenes look at the forefront of food culture.
This October, SERA partners with two-Michelin-starred chef Andrew Wong to transport guests into the vibrant world of 1930s Hong Kong. For three nights—October 17th, 18th, and 19th—the hidden Forbidden City Bar beneath A. Wong’s dining room will be transformed into a Hong Kong-inspired speakeasy. Andrew Wong, whose family’s restaurant roots trace back to Chinatown, has brought global acclaim to A. Wong, making it the first Chinese restaurant outside of Asia to earn two Michelin stars.
At The Forbidden City Bar, guests will enjoy handcrafted cocktails and a Michelin-level snack menu inspired by the flavors of Hong Kong. In this intimate, communal setting, attendees will have the chance to mingle, share stories, and immerse themselves in an extraordinary dining experience shaped by Chef Wong’s culinary mastery.
